Lloyd to provide laser-focus to this important part of GMC’s client base
[June 23, 2015] – GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and output management, announced the promotion of Richard Lloyd to vice president of sales, reporting directly to Steve Francis, president and general manager of GMC Americas. In this position, Lloyd will carry the responsibility of leading and managing the Service Providers team as well providing a tighter focus on the needs of Business Process Outsourcers. Lloyd has rapidly moved up the ranks at GMC, joining as a client executive in 2013 in the Mountain and Pacific states then moving into the role of director of sales, diversified services a year later.
With more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience, Lloyd began his career with IBM as a subject matter expert in the area of complex print and electronic output solutions. He then moved to Eastman Kodak, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in solutions sales throughout his five-year tenure. Prior to joining GMC, Lloyd held the position of offset to digital offerings manager at Ricoh, responsible for helping the company support the growth of digital color output print solutions.
